View of Manarola Village at Sunset
Manarola is one of the famous villages of the Cinque Terre - a beautiful coastal area in the north of Italy. To visit the atmospheric north of Italy, to dive into the magical world of the Cinque Terre and get finally deprived of a beautiful sunset – it's almost all about me. Autumn in Liguria is mild, the sun shines brightly but does not really fry, and you can spend the whole day out looking for the best view. And when you finally choose the best of the five colorful villages of the Cinque Terre, find a spectacular view and wait impatiently for the stunning sunset – the sun says ‘goodbye’ and hides in the thunderclouds that appear out of nowhere. Though, Italians seem to anticipate this and painted their houses with bright colors that delight the eye even on a gloomy day. However, at the very last minute of a fading day, random sun rays broke through the clouds and illuminated the scene, drawing a fascinating view in memory of Manarola.

Apocalypto | Slovenia
In Slovenia, you can enjoy this view from one of the highest mountains in the Julian Alps. That day, a heavy thunderstorm suddenly started with rain and hail. Fortunately, I was able to wait for the storm under a ledge. Then the cloud cover opened and the apocalyptic lighting mood was created for a few moments by the falling sun.
